Social Media Specialist - Social Media, Agency Partnerships

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of enterprise content and influencer strategy by drafting briefs, providing campaign feedback, and coordinating with the agency to ensure deliverables are received, approved, and published.
• Support the development and execution of 1:1 social customer engagement strategies, build community connections, moderate user-generated content, and respond appropriately based on policies.
• Monitor primary social channels proactively to identify trends and real-time engagement opportunities, developing reactive content from ideation to publishing.
• Update and manage the enterprise social media calendar, facilitate content approvals from team members and stakeholders.
• Share relevant social media trends and developments weekly to keep the team informed of competitor and brand activities.
• Attend internal meetings, creative reviews, and agency status meetings to gather feedback and plan next steps.
• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
• Build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates.
• Track and analyze social media campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports on metrics, engagement, growth, and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all social activities reinforce the company's branding, messaging, and tone, driving brand awareness through creative campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience interfacing with agencies or external partners.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trending topics.
• 3+ years of experience working for a brand or agency in social media, primarily organic social experience.
• Experience with social publishing platforms such as Sprinklr.
• Strong working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, along with social media content best practices.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a large volume of projects and social output.
• Very organized with strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle confidential information.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Experience managing social media campaigns for brands or agencies.
• Familiarity with social media advertising (paid campaigns).
