About the Role

We are seeking a relationship-driven, and results-oriented Partner Development Manager (PDM) to support and grow our partner ecosystem. This role is critical to driving co-sell motions with our Microsoft CSP partners and accelerating joint customer success through deep collaboration with partners. You will also be working together with Channel Sales Specialists focusing on cross- and upselling. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive CSP partner success by setting strategic objectives, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and solution adoption, and reducing time-to-value through packaged offerings and proof-of-concepts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key Microsoft CSP partners, building executive alignment and integrating Crayon's offerings into their service portfolio through ongoing strategic engagement
  • Lead co-sell and pipeline development efforts by aligning with Microsoft field teams and partner sellers, supporting sales enablement, and executing joint GTM campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, training, enablement, and business reviews, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes like revenue contribution, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner or channel management, alliances, or business development, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • Proven track record of driving success with cloud and channel partners, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of partner business models, sales cycles, and value-added service offerings
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and program management skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology environments
