Partner Development Manager, ISV Tech Partners

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver results by aligning internal and partner stakeholders across all levels—from C-level executives to individual contributors—in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and priorities within enterprise Data Platform leadership.
• Build and maintain impactful relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes with an enterprise sales mindset.
• Facilitate discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and its partners, demonstrating familiarity with ETL, BI, Governance, Database, and technical product marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in technology sales, partnership management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing partnerships (welcomed but not mandatory).
