The role involves executing data-driven marketing campaigns to support partner success and business growth, requiring a strategic and tactical approach to partner enablement and pipeline acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CMO, Sr. Director of Partner Marketing, and Product Marketing to develop and execute programmatic marketing campaigns with channel partners that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Design, build, and deliver comprehensive partner enablement marketing materials, including webinars-in-a-box, events-in-a-box, email campaigns, social media toolkits, and demand generation assets that partners can easily customize and deploy.
  • Work directly with partners to plan, execute, and optimize joint marketing initiatives, providing hands-on support for campaign implementation, content customization, and performance optimization.
  • Support Market Development Fund (MDF) programs, including adhering to guidelines, tracking utilization, and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and partner growth goals.
  • Create scalable campaign frameworks and content libraries that can be adapted across different partner tiers while maintaining brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.
  • Establish and monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs that demonstrate clear correlation between partner marketing activities and business outcomes, providing regular reporting and optimization recommendations.
  • Support partners in developing competitive positioning and objection-handling strategies that differentiate Todyl in the marketplace and accelerate deal closure.
  • Bring innovative campaign tactics and best practices to all partner marketing activities, staying current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • B.A. in marketing, communications, or equivalent field, with B2B technology or cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B campaign management.
  • Proven track record of executing complex, multi-touch marketing campaigns across various channels, managing campaign calendars, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience developing comprehensive marketing enablement materials and programs that empower partners to effectively market and sell complex technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working with market development fund programs, including budget allocation, performance tracking, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign performance measurement tools.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity or B2B technology solutions.
  • Ability to develop creative and innovative marketing tactics.
