The role involves defining core solutions and services, leading content creation for marketing and sales, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing partner relationships, and driving marketing initiatives to support strategic partnerships and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines core solutions and services and leads the creation of content and resources needed to market and sell solutions globally.
  • Develops, executes, and measures go-to-market plans with the sales organization and partner ecosystem.
  • Leads end-to-end go-to-market planning, execution, and performance for a strategic ecosystem partner and product marketing.
  • Works across IBM consulting, sales, marketing, and communications to execute go-to-market plans for top revenue-generating priorities.
  • Drives integration of partnership offerings into brand messaging, content, and demand generation.
  • Collaborates with Partner GTM team to develop execution plans and align with offering teams.
  • Manages market development funds and resources to support execution activities.
  • Provides quarterly marketing outcomes updates to the business.
  • Aligns with events teams to include partner product offerings and messaging at priority events.
  • Engages Business Partners in launches, events, and awards, and identifies client stories for external promotion.
  • Targets multiple audiences within the offerings, including internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing, partner/product marketing, relationship management, or similar experience.
  • Effective process management and change management skills.
  • Analytical competence and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation applications.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Innovative thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Agile and client-centric attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Previous marketing and market-specific background.
  • Experience with Routes to Market (RTM), strategic partnership marketing, and product marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing and performance management.
  • Ability to analyze pipeline and performance data and suggest corrective actions.
