Partnerships Marketing Lead (Hybrid)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own partnership marketing strategies that align with OnDeck's goals and leverage partner strengths to drive lead flow and customer engagement.
• Serve as the marketing lead across all strategic partnerships, collaborating with Partnership & Sales teams, Marketing (Acquisition, Website, Lifecycle), and Creative teams to launch campaigns.
• Support partner discovery conversations early in the deal cycle, assess marketing fit, shape activation plans, and co-develop campaigns such as webinars, digital programs, and informational materials.
• Brief and manage creative projects with internal teams to ensure timely, brand-aligned deliverables tailored to partner needs.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnership marketing efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization and scaling successful initiatives.
• Champion innovative, data-backed ideas drawing from trends in fintech, B2B marketing, and channel strategy to reinforce OnDeck's leadership in partner-driven growth.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, B2B and Consumer marketing, or sales enablement, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate business ideas into briefs and campaigns.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-moving priorities, and a highly collaborative environment.
• Energized by rapid change, with the ability to bring clarity, momentum, and structure to evolving challenges.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech or financial services industries.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, channel strategy, and trend analysis in fintech and B2B marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience managing external partner relationships and launching co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
