About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Verifying, processing, and updating all client insurance information.
• Entering and processing all billable services.
• Ensuring that billable services are supported by the required documentation.
• Maintaining documentation required by internal protocols and external regulatory agencies in client records.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer knowledge and skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of CPT Codes, ICD-9, ICD-10.
• One year experience with data entry/billing experience in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in related field preferred.
