About the Role

The Performance Marketing Manager will support the cross-channel marketing efforts of the Erin Condren Digital Marketing Team. This role involves working closely with various channel owners, managing social media and paid media campaigns, and contributing to creative and analytical marketing strategies. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills, learn new marketing techniques, and execute strategies across multiple channels within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for the outside paid media agency, aligning strategies, tactics, and campaigns.
  • Ensure the agency is updated on brand happenings and manage asset distribution for creative needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on strategies, priorities, and insights using Google Analytics and sales data to inform future decisions.
  • Manage company communications across all social media channels, ensuring consistent themes that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, production, video, and web teams to ensure asset creation and development are consistent.
  • Liaise with the PR team to capture and share press opportunities effectively.
  • Foster a close relationship with Customer Service and Community Management teams to ensure proper brand messaging on social media.
  • Oversee online contests, polls, product giveaways, and sweepstakes on social media platforms.
  • Present monthly reports to leadership outlining key goals and metrics.
  • Stay updated on trends, news, and competition in digital marketing and social media space.
  • Demonstrate passion for marketing, from social media to content and email marketing, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Learn and maintain an understanding of Erin Condren’s business and marketing strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on spelling, grammar, and the English language.
  • Proficient in copywriting and content creation.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to create presentations.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Creative ideas with strong execution ability.
  • Basic understanding of web trends and social media best practices.
  • Ability to blend personal style with brand voice for marketing copy.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work hours based on business demands.

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of marketing and communications experience.
  • Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis.
