Personal Lines Account Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier service like a champ.
• Keep things smooth by helping clients with their policies, renewals, and claims—no back-and-forth hassles here.
• Maintain client retention and growth by keeping clients happy and covered while identifying opportunities to enhance their protection.
• Cross-sell insurance products by knowing your offerings and recommending additional coverage that fits the client.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, policy updates, and tech tools to make your job easier.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (auto, home, umbrella) at an independent agency or 5+ years at a captive agency.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with insurance software (Hawksoft, EZLynx, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a love for accuracy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with insurance software such as Hawksoft, EZLynx, or Applied Epic.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance License.
