Planner, Social (Temp)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RFP creation and review of social partners, compile proposal analysis, and drive partner negotiations
• Manage buys from set-up to keyword selection, targeting, optimization, and pacing/reporting
• Determine campaign setup, including testing methodologies, reporting, and optimization requirements
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, proactively communicating issues to internal teams and clients
• Oversee trafficking and site tagging, ensuring pixels are enabled and functioning properly
• Issue specifications and ensure receipt of all materials from creative agencies
• Collaborate with Digital team on post-campaign reconciliation and billing
• Participate in developing strategic social plans with the Digital & Business Solutions teams
• Integrate social insights into planning, incorporating data, research, and analytics
• Work with other teams on 360 partnerships and emerging social media opportunities
• Create and present media plans, objectives, strategies, and related documents
• Combine data analysis and client feedback to optimize campaigns and meet objectives
• Use data to draw conclusions about client business goals and identify actionable insights
• Collaborate with Analytics & Business Intelligence teams to standardize data across accounts
• Provide accurate data for dashboards and trackers
• Ensure collaboration with key partners during planning, including creative agencies and internal teams
• Update supervisor on deliverables and project status
• Engage with other departments to enhance relationships
• Contribute to the development of junior team members through training and onboarding

• 1+ years of paid social media experience
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance media
• Familiarity with marketing principles and concepts
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; additional platforms preferred
