About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PPC Specialist (Paid Media Specialist) to lead and optimize our paid digital marketing efforts across multiple in-house brands in the legal and healthcare sectors. This role will manage PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other channels to drive qualified leads and conversions. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, data-driven, creative, and relentlessly focused on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel PPC campaigns from strategy through launch, across search, display, and social platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, Facebook/Instagram) to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign strategy and ad copy optimizations.
  • Manage and allocate monthly budget across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and achievement of target CPA/CPL while maximizing results.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversion outcomes.
  • Implement and refine retargeting strategies to re-engage past visitors and improve conversion volume.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine and social media ad platform updates, and best practices in paid media, proactively testing new channels or tactics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and cross-departmentally to gain diverse viewpoints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a paid media team to ensure all PPC initiatives support broader marketing goals and compliance standards.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports (weekly/monthly), providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on campaign data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing PPC/Paid Media campaigns with proven ROI.
  • Expert in Google Ads and major social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn), with strong skills in bidding strategies, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Data-driven marketer with Google Analytics expertise; skilled at analyzing insights, problem-solving, and turning data into actionable results.
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify complex data and present results effectively to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong at multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-focused mindset and the ability to learn, share knowledge, and embrace new technologies and automation.
  • Professional, adaptable, and receptive to feedback; able to apply direction with accuracy and innovation.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
