PPC/SEM/Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all marketing plans and ensure compliance with all company strategies.
• Monitor all advertising activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Perform research on various projects to develop revenue projections.
• Develop and administer brand strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Maintain an effective network of community organization partnerships.
• Manage and support all marketing activities, including sales margins and advertising tracking.
• Analyze contract procedures and assist in implementing marketing policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Perform regular data entry and research on partnerships.
• Monitor advertising events and activities, ensuring proper implementation and providing assistance when needed.
• Oversee the preparation of marketing communication materials such as solicitations, proposals, reports, and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with the Executive Director and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of documented marketing or professional experience related to the duties and responsibilities, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a nonprofit sector preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data entry.
• Experience and understanding of Pixel Creation, HTML, and IP Address tracking.
• Knowledge of web coding.
• Solid understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Ability to learn and perform tasks on software programs (Excel, Word, Altru, etc.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment and discretion.
• Ability to liaise with other departments to achieve common goals.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Flexible to working weekends and some evenings for events.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Educational background with a preference for a bachelor's degree (not mandatory).
