As PR & Event Project Lead, you will be responsible for driving the execution of high-impact PR concepts and activations across markets. Reporting to the Head of PR & Concepts, you'll lead the projects of conceptual events, pop-ups, and PR-driven brand activities ensuring ideas move from concept to reality with structure, excellence, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project execution of PR activations, including regional conceptual toolkits, pop-up concepts, partnerships, and other activations
Translate PR ideas and strategies into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Manage internal and external resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
Coordinate the planning and production of brand activation concepts, seasonal pop-up stores, and other projects within PR & Concepts
Track progress and manage logistics, from venue and vendor coordination to production timelines and post-event reporting
Collaborate closely with Regional Activation teams to adapt global PR concepts for local execution
Provide toolkits, briefs, and support to ensure consistency, quality, and creative excellence in market activations
Act as a central link between strategy and execution, supporting the rollout of creative ideas at scale

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, brand activations, or event production
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field or equivalent practical experience in PR, events, or brand activation
Proven track record of leading projects from concept through execution
Strong understanding of PR mechanics, brand storytelling, and cultural trends
Skilled in project management tools and working in fast-paced, agile teams
Fluent in English; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in multicultural and international environments
Knowledge of Scandinavian design and culture
Additional language skills beyond English

Qualifications

Educational background in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Media, or related fields
Practical experience in PR, events, or brand activation
