About the Role

The role is within the Market Intelligence & Performance Management team, responsible for local market intelligence, strategy, go-to-market, and performance management to drive profitability at the DMA level. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, results-oriented leader with strong go-to-market experience, capable of leading discovery, evaluation, and execution of high-value GTM opportunities across multiple business units, leveraging financial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a structured process to uncover, assess, and prioritize strategic GTM opportunities through ideation, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Own market readiness, operational enablement, and the financial assessment of key initiatives to guide local market investment decisions and scalability.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive GTM strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market needs.
  • Execute comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals, while adhering to compliance requirements.
  • Develop and execute test-and-learn programs to refine GTM execution, 4Ps strategy, sales funnels, workforce incentives, and other performance levers.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Network, Product, Pricing, Distribution, Local Marketing, and Events teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in market development, product marketing, or go-to-market strategy and execution, ideally within telecom or technology sectors.
  • Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch, serving as the program and project management leader.
  • Strong understanding of profitability metrics, operational KPIs, and reporting best practices, with the ability to tell a compelling story with data for a senior audience.
  • Expertise in market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field; master's in business degree a plus.
  • Willingness to be challenged, excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Bias toward action, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Master's degree in Business or related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Certification in some areas (required in certain cases)
