About the Role

The Principal Product Manager of AI and Automation at Palo Alto Networks will identify and drive improvements across the product lifecycle to enhance the employee experience through AI and automation. The role involves creating a vision for AI-driven improvements, understanding customer needs, leading product development, and collaborating with various organizational teams in a global company. The position is integral to supporting the company's growth in cybersecurity by leveraging AI and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Create a vision for how to improve the Palo Alto Networks employee experience through AI and automation.
Understand customer needs to build problem statement analysis and feature requirements.
Lead the full product life cycle by directing, productizing, and prioritizing features.
Know when to use and how to apply the right AI or Automation technology to the correct use case.
Obsess about data and metrics, ensuring continuous improvement based on measurements.
Frequently interact with executive leadership and clearly articulate value, progress, and areas needing support.
Work effectively with all areas of the organization, from engineering to sales, across different countries and regions.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years in Cybersecurity or high-tech product management.
Strong background in AI/ML, well-versed in LLMs.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Master influencer through the use of data.
Experience speaking in front of partners and major customers.
