We are looking for an innovative and execution-oriented Principal Product Manager with a bias for action to lead the product vision and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for HelixGPT strategic AI Agents, driving success of next-generation solutions within our Helix ServiceOps suite and positioning HelixGPT Agents as transformative solutions for CxO-level decision-makers in large enterprises and competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the product strategy and GTM for an emerging portfolio of advanced HelixGPT Agents, transforming Service Operations and Enterprise Service Management.
  • Contribute to the strategy and roadmap of the HelixGPT GenAI platform.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Agentic AI, ITSM, and ITOM domains, proactively identifying trends, competitive moves, and future-proofing the platform for upcoming disruptions.
  • Champion the unification of product, R&D, UX, and GTM teams to forge synergy and relentless execution.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for HelixGPT agents, helping position HelixGPT as a leading solution in the ESM and ServiceOps space.
  • Champion partnerships in both product and GTM with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Agent Studio, Google Gemini, and Agentspace to enhance capabilities and market reach.
  • Lead design partner programs, leveraging customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Helix AI Agent offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management roles, with success in developing and launching innovative products.
  • Experience with AI technologies and Service Management or related domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, DevOps).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GenAI platforms and AI-driven service management solutions.
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS products, or related fields.

  • Relevant experience in product management and AI technologies.

  • Competitive salary range of $149,400 - $249,000, depending on experience and skills.
