This role is to lead server connectivity product segment with a focus on PCIe retimer product line within the Connectivity Business Unit, supporting next-gen infrastructure with high-speed connectivity solutions for Data Center and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product planning activities including market/technology trends, market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), key opportunities, competitive analysis, revenue, product positioning and pricing with cross functional team.
Drive design wins with technical and sales team to meet/exceed annual and long-term revenue goals.
Identify and pursue new product opportunities.
Participate and engage with ecosystem and consortium.
Build and maintain customer and partner relationships.
Drive outbound marketing activities including product promotions, industry events, trade shows, customer/partner press announcements, product launches, website updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 10+ years of industry experience or Master's degree/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields with 7+ years of industry experience.
Technical experience working with server system, xPU or server peripherals.
Very strong verbal and written communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong sense to navigate through market dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal skills interacting with customers, partners, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable with public speaking and presentation.
Travel is required with less than 15%.
Occasional off-hour work with global team.

Nice to Have

Experience with server system, xPU or server peripherals.

Qualifications
