About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help establish the program and deliver tools and services that scale across Amazon's Worldwide Stores businesses, supporting thousands of teams worldwide.
• Challenge the status quo and deliver improvements to how teams build and test experiences that exceed expectations for customers with disabilities.
• Work within various operating models to integrate builder systems with centralized testing, reporting, and risk assessment tools.
• Drive high-level strategic initiatives and also execute detailed project plans, functional specifications, and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Guide the technical direction and decisions to meet Amazon's standards for customer satisfaction, stability, and operational excellence.
• Influence how executives raise the bar for accessibility and drive cultural changes related to accessibility.
• Use data-driven judgment to invent, evolve, improve, and simplify technologies.
• Manage the technology roadmap for a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives.
• Engage with the TPM and engineering communities to amplify impact.
• Manage cross-organizational communication to ensure stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
