Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of advanced process automation initiatives.
- Apply creative and analytical thinking to dissect and solve complex workflow issues, developing innovative solutions that reduce manual effort and increase reliability.
- Utilize data analytics to uncover root causes and emerging trends that inform automation improvement strategies.
- Prioritize streamlining and automating internal processes within the Automation Operations team and across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with manual process experts to ensure seamless integration between automated solutions and existing manual workflows.
- Support ongoing service health and outcomes initiatives by integrating automation insights into broader business strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities and drive coordinated execution of automation improvements and internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or commensurate level of professional experience).
- Experience with data structures (SQL/JSON) and/or API architecture a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals.
- Ability to communicate and present to stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated success creatively solving complex problems using automation with the assistance of AI or advanced automation tools.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation platforms to streamline complex processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong quantitative skills and understanding of analytics in support of projects and daily activities.
