The Product Analytics Manager role involves providing risk strategies, data analytics, and driving innovation in fraud and risk management for issuer processing clients, supporting product development, market analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Provide future-ready risk strategies and services that enable market-leading fraud performance.
Be responsible for data analytics directly influencing fraud/risk value-added/managed services for supported issuers.
Develop data-driven insights, strategies, and visuals to support product and business objectives.
Drive innovation into the long-term vision of the product roadmap to maximize business and product performance.
Ideate, innovate, and lead large-scale initiatives in partnership with other product owners and across product lines, focusing on data analytics of risk strategy.
Leverage data insights and trending to drive solutions-oriented innovation and improve performance and client impact.
Ensure data insights delivery meets or exceeds standards, including innovation and accelerated concept-to-market timelines.
Perform competitive, customer, and market analysis to identify new market and innovation opportunities.
Translate market and customer insights into product strategy and decisions.
Support the enhancement of risk value-added services, strategy, and objectives across a 3-5-year roadmap.
Assist in the production of product financials including pricing and revenue/expense forecasting.
Create key differentiating risk services products and enable risk and identity solutions innovations for issuer processing clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, with 5 years of experience in an analytics-related occupation.
Or a Master's degree in the same fields with 3 years of experience in an analytics-related occupation.
Experience working with product lines in the technology industry.
Proficiency with analytical, visual insights, and data software tools including Alteryx, Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
Experience working with global and regional teams in a matrixed environment.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Ability to derive data-driven value-added metrics from large datasets.

Nice to Have

Experience in risk management or fraud prevention.
Knowledge of payment processing or financial services industry.
Experience with product strategy development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields as specified
3-5 years of experience in analytics or related roles
