Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers' Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics.
Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using Amplitude to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation.
Lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions that demonstrate impact and uncover new growth opportunities.
Translate product usage and health signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve retention, activation, and conversion.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives.
Codify best practices and playbooks customers can use to scale evidence-based product development.

Requirements

5+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital-first environments.
Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.) to guide strategy and decisions.
Proven ability to drive core product metrics (activation, retention, conversion) through analytics-driven prioritization and rapid experimentation.
Experience delivering measurable growth by aligning roadmap bets to KPIs and impact measurement.
Fluent business Spanish.
Strong technical acumen: comfortable discussing product analytics concepts (events, properties, cohorts), basic experimentation, and implementation considerations.
Exceptional communication skills, able to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior audiences.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with modern AI/LLM models and capabilities.
Ability to spot pragmatic product use cases for AI and define success metrics.
Awareness of data privacy and responsible AI.
Experience experimenting with model APIs.
