Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers' Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics.
  • Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using Amplitude to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions that demonstrate impact and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Translate product usage and health signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve retention, activation, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives.
  • Codify best practices and playbooks customers can use to scale evidence-based product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital-first environments.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.) to guide strategy and decisions.
  • Proven ability to drive core product metrics (activation, retention, conversion) through analytics-driven prioritization and rapid experimentation.
  • Experience delivering measurable growth by aligning roadmap bets to KPIs and rigorously measuring impact.
  • Fluent business Spanish.
  • Strong technical acumen: comfortable discussing product analytics concepts (events, properties, cohorts), basic experimentation, and implementation considerations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with modern AI/LLM models and capabilities.
  • Ability to spot pragmatic product use cases and define success metrics.
  • Awareness of data privacy and responsible AI.
  • Experience experimenting with model APIs.
