About the Role

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. The role is a Product & Compete Enablement Manager at Canva, a company with a global presence and flexible work arrangements. The position involves leading product enablement and competitive readiness efforts to help sales teams confidently position Canva's solutions, stay current on product innovation, and differentiate against competitors. The role is hands-on, global, and involves content creation, cross-functional collaboration, and enablement program design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of enablement programs that help Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Managers confidently position Canva's solutions.
  • Translate product roadmap updates and competitive insights into actionable, field-ready training and assets.
  • Drive adoption of new features and offerings through campaigns, enablement sessions, and reinforcement loops.
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of Canva's top competitors and design and run competitive readiness programs, including training, battlecards, objection handling, and roleplays.
  • Own the Competitive Intel Hub, ensuring resources are easily discoverable, trusted, and actionable.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Sales to gather insights and shape enablement needs.
  • Embed product and competitive messaging into onboarding, sales plays, and major enablement moments like QBRs and kickoffs.
  • Partner with enablement peers to ensure programs scale globally and are localized where needed.
  • Define key success metrics for enablement initiatives and regularly review program effectiveness using tools like Gong, Salesforce, and feedback loops.
  • Continuously iterate on materials, formats, and delivery methods to improve field impact.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in enablement, product marketing, or sales, ideally in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience working on product launches, building demo flows, and creating competitive assets.
  • Excellent communicator and facilitator, confident leading virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex concepts into clear, compelling field-facing content.
  • Experience working with enablement platforms and tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Guru, and WorkRamp.
  • High attention to detail with a bias for action, creativity, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enablement, product marketing, or sales (5-7+ years).
