About the Role

The Product & Digital Content Intern at Tallo, a Stride company, is responsible for contributing to content creation, social media management, design projects, and campaign execution while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment. The role supports platform features, particularly the Community launch, by providing feedback and acting as an ambassador. The intern will have opportunities to shadow professionals, document experiences, and develop digital skills. Tallo is passionate about helping early talent explore and match high-quality jobs and complete the training they need to succeed, focusing on talent with skill or credential gaps to connect them with opportunities and societal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Record, edit, and schedule video content.
Perform data entry and conduct social media research.
Brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and strategies.
Contribute to graphic design, copywriting, and overall campaign execution.
Shadow professionals in areas of personal interest.
Document and record job shadow and internship experiences for content creation purposes.
Collaborate on graphic design tasks and projects as assigned.
Support the upcoming launch of the Tallo Community feature by sharing insights and feedback from personal experience.
Act as a test group participant and ambassador for the Community feature.
Conduct outreach to promote platform use and gather feedback from new users.
Participate in testing new features or updates on the Tallo platform, providing detailed feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Tallo team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an education from an accredited institution including community college, trade school, bootcamp, or a Bachelor's degree program.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Web proficiency.
Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools.
Ability to create and maintain an active Tallo account.
Access to personal smartphone and laptop.
Familiarity with or willingness to use Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
Ability to clear a required background check.

Nice to Have

Creativity and ability to craft new content ideas.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Knowledge of multiple social media platforms and emerging trends.
Familiarity with the Tallo platform and its features.

Qualifications

Background check required.
Training and self-motivation.
Ability to multitask.
