About the Role

The Product Assistant role at 2San involves supporting the Product Team in regional insights and driving relevant products through the New Product Process. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a brand champion, ensuring global consistency in accordance with brand guidelines and messaging across all channels and countries
  • Support the product team with new product development (non-software related)
  • Project management and ensuring that actions and deadlines are met
  • Review and improve NPD processes (non-software related)
  • Own the Product stages of the NPD process (non-software related)
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Agree on upcoming products' priority and configuration with Sales team
  • Attend meetings to agree on product submissions with Quality and Regulatory teams and plan accordingly to meet deadlines
  • Ensure complete and accurate Product Information for product launches
  • Provide regional reporting and updates as required
  • Review regional sales data to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Conduct in-region mystery shopping and competitor research
  • Complete product setup and registration in internal systems and third-party platforms (non-software related)
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Support the Sourcing team with Relationship Management with Suppliers

Requirements

  • Experience in a product, marketing, or project support role
  • Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) processes, including pre-sales stages and product launch readiness (non-software related)
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, cross-functional communication, and critical paths
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to workflows and documentation
  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in a product management role, preferably within a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite
  • Experience within a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • Aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions
  • Ability to react quickly to situations requiring urgent response
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Excellent judgment and high-impact communication skills
  • Ability to nurture collaborative relations
  • Relentless focus on stakeholder needs and service excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Superb time management, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
