This position offers an opportunity to lead and drive market development activities, including clinical marketing and market intelligence initiatives, for the APTURE transcatheter shunt program and other AT technologies. The role involves collaboration with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and internal teams across Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Strategy, Regulatory, and R&D. The position reports directly to the Vice President, Strategic Marketing (AT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of targeted podium strategies across global conferences to maximize the impact of APTURE evidence and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and physicians on data presentations and amplify APTURE messaging across channels.
  • Lead discussions during Executive Committee, Steering Committee, and principal investigator meetings in partnership with clinical affairs.
  • Develop and communicate APTURE's value proposition in alignment with multiple functions.
  • Create and disseminate print materials, speaker decks, and assets to promote APTURE data and value proposition.
  • Provide marketing leadership for APTURE differentiation initiatives.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs on the APTURE publication strategy.
  • Support Therapy Awareness and Market Development initiatives.
  • Update and secure buy-in from senior leadership (SVPs and CVP) on key initiatives.
  • Lead market research initiatives in the Heart Failure space to inform strategy.
  • Gather feedback and insights from KOLs, physicians, and external stakeholders to inform insights and strategy.
  • Serve as the resident expert on the Heart Failure space, providing insights for product roadmap and clinical trial strategy.
  • Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and consultants as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience in medical device marketing or healthcare industry, or
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience in medical device marketing or healthcare industry.

Nice to Have

  • Medical device marketing expertise with a strong track record of successful development and execution of marketing programs/campaigns.
  • Strong clinical depth and ability to form trusted partnerships with KOLs and leading physicians.
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and have difficult conversations productively and respectfully.
  • Rigorous clinical data analytics and creative data visualization experience.
  • Experience working in Cardiology / Structural Heart Disease / Heart Failure.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex clinical and market information into stakeholder-specific messages.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead through influence for cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills, content development, presentation creation, and delivery skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment while managing priorities.
  • Willingness to develop creative solutions to challenges.
  • Positivity, openness to change, respectful, collaborative, and excited to embrace ambiguity.
