Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth strategy across a large product area and drive cross-team alignment.
  • Drive long term growth of Meta Inc products through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences.
  • Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long-term growth.
  • Execute on projects by working closely with engineering and other members of product teams to land impact on product goals.
  • Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results that lead to launch decisions.
  • Telecommute from home is permitted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a data analytics-related occupation.
  • 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product teams, such as product management, engineering, design, data science, or data engineering.
  • Manipulating data sets through statistical software (R, SAS, or Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with funnel/website optimization or outbound communication channels like email or push notifications.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Knowledge of product optimization or growth best practices.
  • Ability to make analytical, data-driven decisions and communicate the results of analyses.
  • Understanding of statistics, including hypothesis testing, product experimentation, regressions, and experimentation logic and biases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analytics or related occupation.

Benefits & Perks

  • $165,986/year to $180,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
