The role is based at our Beloit, WI location, which serves as the North American Corporate Headquarters, employing approximately 700 employees across various functions including regulatory, R&D, finance, procurement, supply chain, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Syndicate and publish product data to recipients via primary GDSN Platform, Syndigo, and support other platforms such as 1WS and Salsify as requested.
Manage day-to-day systems in Syndigo and internal data portals.
Support and syndicate product data across various customer portals, including US Foods, Sysco, McLane, Kroger, GFS, PFG, and others.
Manage product catalog within the internal sales portal.
Manage and optimize distributor and customer GS1/GDSN scorecards, meeting leadership KPIs of 90%+.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to upload and publish content supporting a best-in-class Digital Shelf.
Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, balancing multiple priorities and providing support as needed.
Demonstrate clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive ownership across all tasks.

Requirements

College degree or equivalent is required.
3+ years of experience working in the Syndigo GDSN syndication platform.
Knowledge and experience working with GS1 Standards; Salsify experience is a plus.
Familiarity with managing B2B Food Service distributors such as Sysco, US Foods, and other enterprise systems.
Experience with product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), and content management tools is a plus.
Strong coordination and project management skills, including cross-business unit collaboration.
Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Skilled at managing competing priorities and conflict resolution.

Nice to Have

Experience with Salsify.
Experience with product information manager (PIM) and digital asset manager (DAM).
