About the Role

The Product Management Principal at Federal Express Corporation is responsible for driving the development and execution of product and portfolio strategies, considering product life cycle stages and customer experience. The role involves leading market evaluations, data analysis, new product development initiatives, and mentoring team members, with limited supervision. The position supports B2B automotive solutions and requires collaboration across functions to impact the end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales, and other activities to achieve business outcomes.
  • Independently conducts market, economic, and competitive evaluations affecting product performance.
  • Performs fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
  • Leads completion of advanced data models and analytics.
  • Identifies and prioritizes new features through market analysis, business case development, and driving prioritization.
  • Leads and executes large, complex new-product development initiatives and other marketing/enterprise programs across large, cross-functional teams.
  • Actively coaches and mentors less senior team members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of work experience in product management, market analysis, research, or equivalent.
  • Superior knowledge of competitive, market, and economic factors affecting product performance.
  • Ability to perform fact-based data analysis.
  • Expert communication and presentation skills.
  • Quantitative, problem structuring, and solving skills.
  • Superior executive presence, human relations, networking, and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and leadership experience.

Nice to Have

  • Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience in industrial manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Ability to develop holistic customer segmentation for B2B strategy.
  • Experience working closely with stakeholder functions to impact the end-to-end customer experience for B2B automotive solutions.
  • Ability to lead B2B growth goals and enable B2B strategy with a focused approach to customers.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Five (5) years of relevant work experience
