About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—design, development, and analytics—to implement dynamic LiveOps initiatives that enhance the player experience.
• Develop programs that foster loyalty and drive long-term success in the gaming platform.
• Create wireframes, write specifications, perform A/B testing, optimize feature performance, gather requirements, and plan product rollouts for mobile gaming.
• Build tools that empower the business team to achieve their objectives and grow the Skillz platform.
• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete.
• Approach complex problems and convert them into simple and elegant solutions.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers and engineers to evolve the mobile esports platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, game design, management consulting, quantitative analysis, or a similar field.
• Ability to approach complex problems and convert them into simple and elegant solutions.
• Experience performing data analysis and using A/B testing processes to inform decisions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
• Ability to collate idea streams from all stakeholders to drive future product roadmap.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with a cross-functional team of designers and engineers.
• Experience in mobile esports or gaming platforms.
• Familiarity with creating wireframes, writing specs, and optimizing features.
