About the Role

We are Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, moving money and information in a way that moves the world. We connect financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers to one another millions of times a day—quickly, reliably, and securely. Our solutions involve activities such as swiping credit cards, paying through mobile apps, or withdrawing money from banks. We are seeking a Product Manager to drive impactful change by bridging strategy, development, and market success, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, track and report on the product lifecycle including product strategy, product planning, product roadmap and issue prioritization
Coordinate internal and external product communication and information across product family or product line
Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to help bring the product to market
Ownership of Commerce Hub Gateway features and responsible for driving changes to enrich Commerce Hub product experience
Lead project lifecycle to deliver development efforts
Establish and maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs
Develop business cases to support new product recommendations
Manage issues throughout the product development process including problem identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication
Act as a primary negotiator between internal groups and clients to resolve issues
Create documents and API specifications for each feature for publishing in the DevStudio
Participate in reviewing documents from other teams to publish
Represent Fiserv and the product at industry and community events

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management, Tech Operations, or Project Management
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent working experience
Working knowledge of the payment space, preferably with APIs or payment gateways
Experience creating technical documents or technical writing
Strong understanding of an end-to-end software development lifecycle
Proven ability to communicate across internal and external stakeholders, across engineering and business teams
Ability to work within an autonomous environment

Nice to Have

Experience with APIs or payment gateways
Technical writing skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant fields
