As a Product Manager II for AI Solutions at Cambia, you will implement and execute on cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) products across Cambia, translating business challenges into innovative AI solutions that deliver measurable impact. This role involves managing AI initiatives throughout their product lifecycle, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build products that solve real healthcare challenges, all in service of making members' health journeys easier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the AI Product Roadmap by contributing to feature prioritization and planning that delivers business value while aligning with enterprise AI strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into clear AI product specifications and communicate AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Implement and track metrics that measure AI solution success, using insights to recommend product improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, UX designers, and business teams to bring AI solutions from concept to reality.
  • Maintain well-defined, prioritized product backlogs for AI development teams to ensure efficient delivery of features.
  • Create and maintain documentation of AI product requirements, capabilities, and limitations for stakeholder alignment.
  • Collect and organize stakeholder feedback to inform product improvements and future development priorities.
  • Implement ethical AI principles and governance frameworks in product specifications to build trustworthy solutions.
  • Help identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities across business domains, contributing to the value of AI investments.
  • Coordinate day-to-day development activities for specific AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical quality standards.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a product management position in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of managing products through the product lifecycle.
  • Experience requiring sufficient AI knowledge to inform products and communicate between technical teams and business.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including formal presentations and group planning facilitation.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Experience with AI/ML product development lifecycles and managing product backlogs.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business problems into data and AI solution opportunities.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated project management skills including planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional responsibilities.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML metrics and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a product management position in healthcare.
