The role involves leading all phases of the product life cycle for the Resupply team, from inception to marketplace availability, ensuring the product meets customer requirements and drives adoption through continuous iteration and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders in building out complete end-to-end innovative solutions that solve customers' problems.
Gather and write system requirements and design solutions to business needs to translate to the product and development team.
Serve as a subject matter expert to internal and external teams to promote product refinement and adoption.
Collaborate with customer support, professional services, development, and marketing teams to sustain strong partnerships to support product lifecycle.
Manage and prioritize product roadmap to meet customer and prospects needs.
Research and assess market to proactively identify opportunities to add value and solve complex problems.
Assist sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the product, particularly as it relates to clinical and operational workflows.

Requirements

Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office Tools: SharePoint, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Proficient in product management software (Aha, JIRA) and Salesforce.

Nice to Have

Certification in Product Management.
Experience in the healthcare or post-acute care space.
Experience with patient engagement solutions, resupply operations, or supply chain.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
Experience launching cloud solutions at an enterprise SaaS company.
