Product Manager Senior

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client's existing timekeeping processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices for timekeeping and workforce management.
• Identify workflows and integrations as needed.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client administrators and end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Labor Affairs, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Finance, Human Resources, Global Data Insights and Analytics, to ensure client success.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest timekeeping trends and technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to the identification of new features and enhancements to our timekeeping software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing timekeeping or workforce management software solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Experience with WorkForce Software is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping principles, pay rules, and labor laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
