Product Manager, User Data & Privacy Experience

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for TikTok's user-facing data subject right tools, enabling users to manage their data securely and efficiently
• Partner with Legal, Policy, Engineering, and UX teams to define system requirements, API contracts, and user flows that ensure both compliance and usability
• Drive cross-platform and cross-region alignment, adapting portability solutions to different regulatory, technical, and product contexts

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product management with a focus on privacy or data management features for consumer-facing products
• Strong communication and documentation skills, especially when navigating legal, technical, and policy constraints
• Comfort with data-informed product design and basic familiarity with privacy and compliance concepts

Nice to Have

• Experience launching or managing products related to user data access
• Understanding of privacy regulations and frameworks

• The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $246400 annually
• Compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location
