Key Responsibilities

  • Guide product roadmaps for custom CPUs, XPUs, DPUs, and other workload acceleration devices for the next generation of AI systems.
  • Track market/technology trends, market sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM), key customers to win, competitive analysis, product positioning and pricing.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of competitor solutions, define market differentiation and competitive advantage, and ensure marketing collateral reflects this positioning.
  • Create customer presentations, product demos, data sheets, technical notes, solutions briefs, sales scripts, FAQs, videos, and case studies; maintain the collateral library and guide field sales on its use.
  • Lead and participate in product promotions, industry events, trade shows, product launches, website updates, and joint marketing with partners.
  • Define compelling solutions with clear value propositions validated by leading target customers.
  • Develop product and solution requirement documents (MRD/PRD) and coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute on key designs.
  • Drive product and solution lifecycle from initial concept to stable volume production.
  • Develop product and solution strategies with sales and cross-functional teams to secure design wins at targeted customer accounts.
  • Manage key ecosystem and technology alliances for product and solution success.
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop reference design solutions for leading use cases and architecture engagements with customers and platform partners.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with data processing requirements of large cloud service providers and ability to manage business dialogue from exploration to deployment.
  • Deep understanding of processing elements such as CPUs, XPUs, DPUs, and workload acceleration devices for next-generation AI systems.
  • Knowledge of how these devices are customized by hyperscalers, use cases, competition, market, and business financials.
  • Ability to influence customer buying decisions through solid business justifications.
  • Experience fostering and managing business partnerships within customer organizations and supporting global sales teams.
  • Ability to partner with architects, engineers, and operations teams to execute customer programs flawlessly.
  • B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related); MSEE and/or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant data center experience with understanding of compute, networking, and AI requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and demonstrated product lifecycle management across NPI process.
  • Business planning capabilities including market/technology trend analysis, market sizing, revenue forecasting, competitive analysis, and pricing.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • MSEE and/or MBA

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
  • 10+ years of relevant data center experience.
