About the Role

The Leader of Offer Launch Marketing is responsible for driving the successful launch and promotion of innovative energy solutions across the Digital Energy portfolio, including Digital Power, Digital Buildings, Microgrids, and Services. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing differentiated product marketing strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. The position involves leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaigns, ensuring market impact, strategic alignment, and measurable business value. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to foster accountability, growth, and innovation.
  • Align product marketing and launch plans with overarching business goals to meet objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Create clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop high-impact marketing content, campaigns, and sales enablement materials for products and solutions.
  • Collaborate across functions—including Digital Energy, regional marketing, and commercial teams—for coordinated launch execution.
  • Develop and manage product marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.
  • Monitor launch activity performance to inform continuous improvement and communicate results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product marketing.
  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a relevant B2B industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to understand and translate industry trends and technical features into differentiated value and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure marketing performance and make informed decisions.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with a flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with energy solutions or digital energy portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in the energy or technology sectors.
