About the Role

Product Marketing Manager at DocuSign, responsible for owning the narrative around solutions for procurement and supplier contracting, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive go-to-market strategies, and creating impactful messaging and content assets to support growth and customer engagement. The role involves working within the Solutions & International Marketing team to craft and share Docusign's story in an engaging and persuasive way, with a focus on procurement solutions and international regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the narrative around Docusign's solutions for the procurement line of business and supplier contracting.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive GTM strategy and differentiated narratives for buyers and influencers.
  • Lead sales plays, define compelling positioning, and drive demand.
  • Serve as the SME on procurement challenges, business drivers, and buying journey.
  • Create high-impact messaging, positioning, and content assets.
  • Identify priority use cases and lead cross-functional go-to-market plays.
  • Enable field teams with vital content and tools.
  • Build customer-facing assets to contribute to a strong pipeline.
  • Provide insights and resources to field teams to help close deals and expand within existing accounts.
  • Partner with demand generation to create campaigns that drive acquisition and upsell.
  • Work with Sales Enablement to ensure the sales team has the right content, tools, and training.
  • Drive usage and expansion opportunities in collaboration with customer success.
  • Support strategic customer and internal events such as conferences, sales meetings, and executive briefings.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to feature, package, and communicate new products and functionalities for procurement audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, preferably with ERP, Source-to-Pay, Spend Analytics, Contract Management or Supplier Management systems.
  • MBA from a top-tier school or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of engagement in the procurement or supplier management space.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed.
  • Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and programs.
  • Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international marketing and showcasing solutions in global regions.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions related to procurement or supplier management.
  • Experience in creating strategic campaigns and customer assets.

Qualifications

  • Educational background including an MBA from a top-tier school or equivalent experience.
