Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for key Silvus products, technologies, and solutions.
• Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence to align product marketing and messaging strategies across all channels.
• Create marketing communication and sales enablement tools such as datasheets, presentations, videos, website and social media content, tradeshow materials, and media content.
• Lead go-to-market and product launch planning for new products, technologies, and solutions.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Define and analyze marketing campaign KPIs, using insights to optimize performance and ROI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to support sales and customer engagement efforts.
• Drive co-marketing and content marketing initiatives, producing white papers, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership content.
• Travel occasionally, up to 1 week per month, for customer demonstrations and events.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of brand, product, or technical marketing experience.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Ability to craft compelling product positioning and messaging strategies that simplify complex technologies for diverse audiences.
• Strong experience translating market, customer, and competitive research into actionable marketing strategies, including customer personas and journey mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

• Competitive pay range of $150,000—$175,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
