About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will lead strategic product marketing initiatives for a beloved tech delivery company, focusing on driving awareness, adoption, and excitement for existing and new financial products. The role involves collaborating across teams to develop go-to-market strategies, execute campaigns, and support growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on fintech offerings and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive 0-1 development and strategic bets for new fintech business cases/products.
  • Set and execute business KPIs for zero-to-one initiatives.
  • Inform key learnings and develop plans to tackle opportunities for future growth.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to develop the client's next financial services offerings.
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new products.
  • Drive adoption and satisfaction metrics.
  • Lead marketing experiments for new offerings that the workforce will value and adopt.
  • Partner with research teams on qualitative user studies and analyze quantitative metrics to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Iterate on messaging and positioning to communicate product value.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and testing, including creating content, managing in-app and email campaigns, and coordinating cross-functional partners.
  • Participate in weekly business reviews and drive data-based recommendations.
  • Align with Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations teams.
  • Own metrics and success criteria for new financial products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM) in a GTM role within high-growth and fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with market research and understanding user experience.
  • Ability to back decisions with data and work on marketing experimentation.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex projects and drive goals into measurable plans.
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into success metrics and actionable plans.
  • Experience working across teams and in both strategy and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills, ideally with experience in digital marketing or sales campaigns.
  • Passion for technology products that impact millions and effective communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields.
  • Experience with digital marketing or sales campaigns.
  • Experience with customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in product marketing and GTM roles.
