The role involves owning the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our platform, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with potential team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM plans for launches, ensuring positioning, messaging, and campaigns directly drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to co-own ABM campaigns, vertical messaging, and content that accelerates enterprise and agency deals.
  • Create technical and video content across the buyer journey—solution guides, ROI tools, case studies, and late-stage enablement assets.
  • Own competitive insights, win/loss analysis, and pricing recommendations to inform roadmap and GTM execution.
  • Act as a player-coach, managing one direct report and scaling the PMM team as the business grows.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in product marketing.
  • Proven experience targeting enterprise customers; bonus for agency, mid-market, or SMB exposure.
  • Exceptional at crafting narratives that resonate with executives, buyers, and users alike.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex tech into clear, differentiated messaging.
  • Track record of partnering with Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong exposure to ABM and enterprise motions.
  • Comfortable building a deck yourself in the morning and presenting a GTM plan to the exec team in the afternoon.
  • Excited to manage and grow a team over time.
  • Data-driven mindset, tying positioning and GTM execution to pipeline velocity, win rate, adoption, and ARR growth.
  • Thrives in early-stage environments. Scrappy, adaptable, and motivated to establish playbooks that can scale.

  • Experience with agency, mid-market, or SMB segments.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, especially in product marketing roles.
  • Experience targeting enterprise customers.
