About the Role

The role is within the Global Products Group, specifically the LS-SWIFT Division, which provides patterned wafer inspection systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, serving a worldwide customer base across Asia, Europe, and North America.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
Monitor the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.
Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
Oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
Establish pricing strategies and interact with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
Lead new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Collect data on market trends, customer information, competition, and environmental factors to support company strategies or policies.
Execute strategies and support sales channels for a region or customer.

Requirements

Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 3 years of related work experience.
Master's Level Degree with 6 years of related work experience.
Bachelor's Level Degree with 8 years of related work experience.
Experience in product marketing, market research, and competitive analysis.
Ability to develop and execute product strategies and business plans.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage diverse scope issues.

Nice to Have

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-volume wafer inspection systems.
Knowledge of market trends in semiconductor equipment and technologies.
Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Relevant work experience as specified by degree level
Experience in product marketing or related fields
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
