About the Role

Quadric is an innovative licensor of semiconductor IP leading the market in the emerging category of general-purpose neural processing unit (GPNPU) processors. We are a fast-growing Bay Area based startup having just closed our Series C funding and we are ready to significantly ramp up our public profile. Join our tight-knit, rapidly growing team at Quadric to drive our growth with a worldwide audience of semiconductor designers and AI software developers. In this position, you will be a core member of our marketing team, driving and defining our go-to-market strategies and messaging, and you will have an opportunity to grow in the company of expert technologists who also happen to be good people you'll want to spend time with.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain impactful product presentations that enable field teams to communicate technical value propositions to prospective users
Create supporting collateral to boost customer engagement and understanding of the product category
Support design win campaigns from early engagement through deep evaluation analysis
Craft impactful messages and content for website and digital advertising channels
Drive creation of content for online webinars to increase outreach and engagement
Define the overall go-to-market strategy, including target audience definition, messaging layering, and marketing channel selection
Communicate Chimera's value propositions to the worldwide market
Play a key role in amplifying the company's voice into the marketplace to support customer education and acquisition

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related domain
5 or more years of marketing experience in the EDA, semiconductor IP or semiconductor markets with a strong preference for processor marketing background
Experience in driving target customer knowledge and demand for semiconductor products
Ability to create content for outbound channels including website, webinars, and product collateral
Experience supporting sales team enablement and customer engagement

Nice to Have

Experience with IP or semiconductor product marketing
Experience with go-to-market strategy development
Background in digital marketing and content creation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
5+ years of marketing experience in relevant markets
