About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for RF/Microwave components within a major electronics manufacturing company. The role involves product positioning, market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with global teams to drive product development and market success. This is a permanent position offering a competitive compensation package, relocation assistance, and a hybrid work environment in North Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Communications team to develop messaging and promotional activities to position products to end markets and customers, including presentations, datasheets, and technical collateral.
  • Execute marketing programs in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.
  • Drive definition, specifications, and business case for new products proposed on the product roadmap, including product positioning, pricing, volume, and ramp strategies.
  • Guide new products through the Product Generation Process (PGP) and support their launch with datasheets and marketing content.
  • Collaborate with global marketing managers, regional sales managers, customers, and development teams to identify market needs and translate these into specific product requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analyses evaluating specifications, pricing, performance, customer support, lead times, standards, and certifications.
  • Compile and analyze competitor and supplier pricing and costing curves.
  • Perform in-depth market research to produce reports on industry trends, emerging technologies, and academic advancements.
  • Develop and maintain 3 to 5-year product and technology roadmaps aligned with market needs and business objectives.
  • Support sales and business development activities by providing technical inputs and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Conduct product pricing and identify strategic partnership opportunities with customers, suppliers, and academic institutions.
  • Conduct surveys to identify gaps in offerings, customer service, and technology strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to define total addressable markets (TAMs), serviceable addressable markets (SAMs), and serviceable obtainable markets (SOMs).
  • Analyze Return on Investment (RoI) of product offerings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in the RF/Microwave components industry conducting technical product marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of RF/Microwave concepts, technical and commercial performance parameters, and industry-related applications.
  • Experience with product marketing for RF filter components; additional experience with passive components such as Power Splitters, Couplers, Baluns, modules, and packaging is preferred.
  • Prior experience with ceramic-based RF component technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets and tools like Salesforce, Tableau, MATLAB, Python, R+.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Knowledge of publishing platforms and methodologies for academic and industrial outreach.
