About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager, Developer Solutions at Atlassian is responsible for developing and executing the event strategy for developer-focused marketing across Atlassian-hosted events, third-party conferences, and community-led meetups. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the event strategy for developer-focused marketing across Atlassian-hosted events, third-party conferences, and community-led meetups.
  • Partner with Product, Evangelism, and Customer Lifecycle Marketing teams to align event messaging with product launches and business goals.
  • Craft compelling narratives and technical content for events, including session briefs, demos, presentations, and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to highlight use cases, customer stories, and developer workflows.
  • Work with Field Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales Enablement teams to grow the impact of event-driven marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
  • Experience with developer tools, communities, and creating authentic experiences for developer audiences.
  • Experience engaging developer audiences through storytelling, content, and live/virtual experiences.
  • Ability to strategize and create messaging and customer-facing content such as presentations, demo scripting, and web copy.
  • Passion, a no-B.S., can-do attitude, and ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Teamwork skills and experience building relationships across marketing, product, and sales teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with developer communities and creating authentic developer experiences.
  • Experience with live/virtual event engagement and storytelling.
