Power Solutions Group, a business unit of Amphenol, is the market leader for power electrical connectors and cables for the Telecom/Datacom Market serving Storage, Servers, Networks, etc. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the U.S., preferably in California or Texas, reporting directly to the North American Regional Product Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to market Amphenol's next generation power products within the Datacom Market serving Rack & Power, Storage, Servers, Networks, OEM/ODMs.
Promote the Power Solutions portfolio to help global sales teams understand the positioning, benefits, and target customers.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify requirements and market trends to facilitate new design wins.
Maximize share at key accounts by coordinating pricing and market strategy with sales.
Drive the new business opportunity funnel, aligning sales and the business unit on strategies and actions to win opportunities.
Develop sales and marketing tools as needed.
Prepare and support monthly and quarterly revenue projections, forecast analysis, and book-to-ship estimates.
Serve as liaison between customer requests and internal functions such as Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Quality.
Engage actively with customer commodity and engineering teams daily.
Work with internal teams to identify product and solution gaps and define market requirements.
Manage project timelines, product roadmaps, and technical deliverables.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for customer visits, field engagements, trainings, and factory visits.
Attend meetings outside of standard working hours due to global team collaboration.

Requirements

Versatile candidate with a good blend of business acumen, technical savvy, and quick learning ability.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical engineering discipline.
Fluent in English; bilingual candidates fluent in Mandarin are a plus.
4+ years of product management, sales, or technical business development experience, preferably in electronics or related markets.
Technical knowledge of the interconnect industry and/or familiarity with datacenter architecture, AI computing, server/storage hardware.
Exceptional organization, creativity, adaptability, and strong project management skills.
Good communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, GANTT charts).
Willingness to work in a rapidly changing, multi-tasking environment and to collaborate with global teams.

Nice to Have

Bilingual in Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a technical engineering discipline.
4+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, or technical business development.
