They develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. The role involves executing messaging, launches, and product marketing strategies for the Data Cloud Governance roadmap, supporting product launches, creating compelling narratives, supporting sales enablement, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Product Launches: Support and execute major product launches specifically for Data Cloud Governance, ensuring a successful market introduction and delivery of key messaging. This includes collaborating with public relations on press release content for announcements.
  • Create Messaging & Positioning: Create and refine clear, compelling narratives, value propositions, and differentiated positioning, ensuring it resonates with key personas.
  • Support Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create effective training materials, pitch decks, FAQs, and other enablement initiatives that fuel pipeline and accelerate deal closure.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform content and messaging for Data Cloud Governance.
  • Create & Deliver Content: Develop and deliver high-impact content including messaging documents, pitch decks, demo storyboards and videos, webinars, and blog posts to amplify the message globally.
  • Partner on Product Strategy: Work closely with Data Cloud Product Management to inform product investments that address customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Manage Analyst & Review Programs: Manage and execute presence on industry review sites such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2.
  • Confidently deliver compelling presentations to internal and external audiences, including executive leadership, customers, and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketing.
  • Demonstrable expertise in supporting and executing product launch plans.
  • Proven ability to create and communicate compelling messaging and positioning for complex technology products.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to internal and external audiences, including customers and partners.
  • Experience in creating marketing assets such as demo videos, pitch decks, and enablement materials.
  • Experience in building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and aligning with global stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting product launches for enterprise cloud or data products.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar data management platforms.
  • Experience working with industry review sites like Gartner Peer Insights and G2.
