About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager - Foxboro will develop and execute marketing strategies for SCADA solutions, translating technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits, conducting market research, and supporting sales and customer engagement efforts. The role is based in Foxborough, MA, with hybrid work arrangements and some travel required. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for SCADA solutions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into customer-centric benefits for target industries and personas.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and differentiation.
  • Own and execute top-of-funnel demand generation programs including email campaigns, webinars, paid media, and content syndication.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to build integrated campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales cycle.
  • Partner with sales to identify gaps and opportunities in messaging and collateral.
  • Develop high-impact content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
  • Ensure content aligns with buyer journeys and supports both awareness and conversion goals.
  • Represent the product at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings.
  • Gather feedback from customers and partners to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or demand generation, preferably in SCADA, industrial automation, or OT/IT systems.
  • Proven experience executing direct marketing campaigns and generating pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and control environments.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based SCADA or IIoT platforms.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity in industrial environments.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
