About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager II, you'll play a key role in developing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among our consumer audience. You'll lead go-to-market initiatives for products aligned with business objectives—leveraging creativity, data, and a customer-first approach. This role involves translating organizational goals into marketing roadmaps, developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across GM, GMF, and brand partners to deliver compelling customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate organizational goals into marketing roadmaps that enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns informed by research, testing, and analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across GM, GMF, and brand partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Partner with creative teams—writers, designers, UX experts, marketers, and operations—to deliver strong campaign performance and compelling customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, marketing plan development, CRM testing or account management.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating with business stakeholders, user experience teams, project managers, developers, etc.
  • A proven track record of project execution, completing campaigns or projects on time and on budget.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, organization, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven leader who can take initiative and carry projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to analyze performance measurements, optimize campaigns, and interpret data to deliver business insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and communicate complex issues clearly.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), cross-collaboration, and team skills.
  • Ability to create and manage a roadmap of campaign features and enhancements.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a marketing manager.
