About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager for the Law Firm Segment, you will be part of the team owning our go-to-market strategies for law firms and litigators, responsible for developing messaging and positioning, as well as working with a cross-functional team to execute on marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop impactful persona-based messaging and supporting collateral that effectively communicates the benefits to our specific audience.
  • Spend time with customers and other stakeholders in order to deliver insights internally and reflect the voice of the customer in marketing materials.
  • Lead customer interviews and messaging verification sessions.
  • Collaborate with brand and demand gen teams on impactful marketing plans, taking ownership of one or more specific GTM plans.
  • Work closely with the greater product marketing, product management, and demand gen teams to execute go-to-market strategies and tactics.
  • Refine current personas and develop new personas for cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to help make recommendations for segmentation.
  • Develop an understanding of the e-Discovery market, our competitors, and our customers, including how they buy, how they use the product, and how we help their business.
  • Understand and share industry, competitor, litigator, and customer behavior trends.
  • Contribute to customer advisory board planning and engagement.
  • Refine buyer journeys and develop compelling content aligned to each buyer journey stage.
  • Create content such as customer presentations, sales enablement materials, case studies, eBooks, blog posts, and other pieces.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B product marketing, product management, or similar experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in law firms or the e-Discovery industry highly desirable, but not required.
